A notable achievement was the capacity improvement and retrofitting of the main plant for Malaysian NPK Fertilizer Sdn Bhd in 2023. The project involved complex debottlenecking and retrofitting processes, increasing the plant’s annual production capacity significantly.
In 2019, CREST completed a comprehensive feasibility study on debottlenecking and retrofitting for the same Malaysian NPK Fertilizer Sdn Bhd. This study laid the groundwork for the subsequent successful execution of the improvement project, demonstrating CREST’s thorough and methodical approach to project planning and execution.
Another milestone in CREST’s portfolio was the supply and improvement of the in-process sizing system in 2018 for Malaysian NPK Fertilizer Sdn Bhd in Gurun, Malaysia. This project underscored the company’s commitment to continual improvement and innovation in every aspect of fertilizer production.
In 2018, CREST undertook a project to reduce dust generation for a 60MT/hr capacity dryer at Christmas Island, Western Australia, for Phosphate Resources Limited. The successful design, fabrication, construction, and commissioning of a 30,000 MT annual capacity NPK Compound Plant for KHB Nusantara Sdn Bhd in 2017 further affirmed CREST’s position as a leader in the industry. This project, from inception to completion, showcased the company’s comprehensive capabilities in managing large-scale, complex projects.
